Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully as you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange for incorrect product selection.

Berendsen Fluid Power will assess requests to return product for refund or exchange on a case by case basis. For further information with regards to whether or not you are eligible for an exchange or refund of your purchase please contact us on 1800 702 114 or at shop@berendsen.com.au.
Any items received damaged or faulty must be reported to Berendsen Fluid Power within 48 hours of successful delivery by contacting us on 1800 702 114.

Berendsen Fluid Power will then advise if the return of the item is necessary. If returning the item you will be given a refund number to attach with your returned items and will then be advised on the return delivery address. Items must be returned to Berendsen Fluid Power within 14 days of reporting the faulty item to Berendsen Fluid Power.

The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure the items are properly packed to reduce the risk of them getting damaged on the way to our warehouse. Costs incurred in respect of all shipments relating to returned goods are and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by Berendsen Fluid Power.

It can take up to 5 working days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Upon receipt of the approved goods, Berendsen Fluid Power will inspect and confirm or deny any alleged irregularity and will contact you to notify findings and whether the goods will be replaced, returned, or kept and moneys refunded.

Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.

If a product covered by warranty is defective, the customer must contact Berendsen Fluid Power within the warranty period. A Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) will be issued where Berendsen Fluid Power agrees to accept a product back for further inspection, and the GRA must accompany the returned goods. The issuance of a GRA does not constitute acceptance of warranty by Berendsen Fluid Power or an indication that a refund or replacement will be issued.
