No. We do not offer customer account credit so all payments must be made and received prior to despatch. Shopping cart order payment can be made by credit card or PayPal account.
Q: “Can I collect my goods from a Berendsen Fluid Power branch?”
No. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer the option of collecting your goods from a branch.
Q: “Do you sell product other than the product shown in your online shop?”

Q: “If I register or transact on your site are my credit card and contact details secure?”
Yes, our site is SSL certified. All data transfer is 128bit encrypted in a secure package. Please refer to our Privacy & Security Policy for full details.
Q: “What if I place an order for an item that is out of stock?”
All items listed on our website are stocked. In the rare event an item ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated lead time or can offer a refund or adequate replacement.
Q: “Is the advertised image the exact one that will get shipped to me?”
Berendsen Fluid Power reserves the right to utilise catalogue images to represent a product if necessary. Being supplied with a new product and under a manufacturer’s warranty, appearance and condition is not expected to differ between items. As an example, the “New” range of Hydraulic Cylinders extends to 60 variations. The same image is used for each of these as it suitably depicts the items quality and style, removing the need to take 60 images that are similar in appearance.
Q: “Do you offer a warranty on your products?”

Q: “I have my own account with another freight carrier, can I use this with Berendsen Fluid Power?”
You will not be able to use your own freight supplier for orders placed on shop.berendsen.com.au. All orders will be sent using Berendsen Fluid Power’s preferred freight supplier.
Q: “Can I collect my order in person?”
No. Pick up is not available on any orders.
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
We do not ship internationally through our online store. Please contact us on 1800 702 114 to arrange international shipping.
Q: “How long before my order arrives?”
We work within TNT and Toll’s estimated time frames for Australian customers and expect delivery to occur within 3-5 days of despatch dependent upon your location.
Q: “Can my order be sent to a different address to my credit card?”
Yes, we can deliver to who and where you specify at the time of order.
Q: “Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?”
No, our carrier cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
